Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs provide information, advice and support to people on mental health and wellbeing, and offer a range of ways for people to access services: — Time limited 1- to-1 appointments, to help people to develop and implement a mental health and wellbeing support plan aimed at improving and/or maintaining mental health; — A small number of open access drop-in sessions each week to enable peer support and social contact, alongside access to support workers. Light refreshments are available to service users attending these sessions; — Outreach work in community settings, venues and groups to promote wellbeing. Learning Disability Wellbeing Hubs provide information, advice and support to people with learning disabilities by offering a community base that can: — Deliver access to information, advice and signposting; — Build community connections and inclusion; — Support the use of personalised budgets to access community life. 8.9. Warwickshire North CCG area which covers the Boroughs of North Warwickshire, and Nuneaton and Bedworth. Warwickshire County Council has commissioned an established network of Learning Disability Wellbeing Hubs. These Hubs provide information, advice and support to people with learning disabilities by offering a community base that can: — Deliver access to information, advice and signposting; — Build community connections and inclusion; — Support the use of personalised budgets to access community life. South Warwickshire CCG's area, covering Warwick District and Stratford-upon-Avon District. Warwickshire County Council has commissioned an established network of Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs.
