SCC HA Active Surrey Commissioning Landscape Research Consultant

Tender description

Surrey County Council, Active Surrey Team would like to procure a Commissioning Landscape Research Consultant to research, and comprehensively map, the existing commissioning landscape within the following partners (named contacts will be provided): • clinical commissioning groups • public health • adult social care • education • youth services • borough/district councils Through this process the consultant will also identify and develop key relationships within those sectors to raise awareness of the role of Active Surrey and to facilitate and enable conversations about future commissioning of sport and physical activity via Active Surrey and delivery partners. We would like the outcome to be a report for the Senior Management Team to take to the Board in April 2016. Active Surrey is the strategic lead for sport and physical activity for the county and we work with and through our partners to support the local infrastructure. Active Surrey is also responsible for delivering major youth sports events including the P&G Surrey Youth Games and direct B2C work with clubs, volunteers, athletes, schools, facilities and businesses.
