Tender description
This contract supports the management of the relationship between CAMS and its users, with the overarching goal to ensure the best possible uptake of the products by the users and to their full satisfaction. More specifically, the activities include: — Developing, maintaining and populating the CAMS User Requirements Database (URDB) and supporting ECMWF in the maintenance of the Requirement Analysis Document (RAD); — Organising user workshops and establishing additional user feedback mechanisms; — Monitoring continually the Service Product Portfolio against the Requirement Analysis Document; — Providing statistical analyses of CAMS users.
