Tender description
The provision of a framework agreement for the service and repair of domestic heating call-off contracts, together with ‘small commercial’ capabilities. This agreement is for specialist contractors who are capable of carrying out works through in-house teams with directly employed labour or sub-contractors. Expressions of interest are invited from competent economic operators who wish to be considered for one of the following Workstreams: Workstream 1 (WS1) — Third Party Auditing and Consultancy of heating system services and repairs within four (4) regional Lots. Workstream 2 (WS2) — Heating Systems Service and Repairs. In four (4) regional Lots. This will be a Framework Agreement as defined in Section 19 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 and referred to in Article 32 of EU Directive 2004/18/EC.
