Tender description
The Department of Energy and Climate Change (“DECC”) requires the contractor to provide: (1) Forestry CO2 business as usual emissions projections and marginal abatement cost curve data; (2) A detailed analytical report explaining differences between contractor data and publically used official forestry emissions data (and how these affect assessment of INDCs); and (3) Non-CO2 business as usual emissions projections and marginal abatement cost curve data, particularly for non-energy sectors. This data will be used as input data for some DECC in-house modelling work.
