Tender description

Legal services: — Legal advisory and representation services; — Legal advisory services; — Legal representation services; — Legal documentation and certification services; — Legal advisory and information services. In June 2015, Wandsworth Borough Council sought expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent contractors for the provision of legal services on behalf of itself and London Borough of Richmond upon Thames as follows: 1. Lot 1 — Litigation related services; 2. Lot 2 — Planning, Highways, Contracts and General (PHCG). The term of the proposed contract is 5 years (60 months) to commence in April 2016, with option to extend for a further period or periods of up to 3 years (36 months) subject to mutual agreement of both parties. The estimated range in value of the contract over the initial term of 5 years and potential extension period of 3 years was 6 800 000 GBP.
