Tender description

CONTRACT-9ZCH-SSS9XI — The key objective of the Generalist Legal Advice Service will be to provide free generalist legal advice service open to all Ealing residents, but specifically focusing on the high need and demand areas of welfare benefits, housing and debt advice and targeted towards meeting the needs of the most vulnerable either through poverty, disability, or cultural / language barriers. The Council will assess the impact of Bidders submissions on the needs of protected groups (as defined in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010) as part of the procurement process. The service will maximise self-help and self-reliance in respect of Ealing residents who can reasonably act on their own initiative on information and advice obtained from the provider.
