Leicestershire County Council is seeking to engage with current and potential Providers of Community Life Choices Services (day services) to develop a new model of delivery post 1.10.2016. Following a series of Provider events, we are asking Providers to consider a range of specific questions via a short questionnaire (attached to this advert). There is also an opportunity to contribute to a focus group. We see this process as an opportunity to define our model and test out future approaches, amidst significant financial challenges, which will result in changes to how the Council commissions in the future. Please return completed questionnaire by 22.1.2016.
