Tender description
DWP is considering the procurement of a trial to test the efficacy of a combined employment and well being telephone support model in the UK Labour market for Job Seekers Allowance (JSA), Universal Credit (UC) and Employment Support Allowance claimants not attached to the Work Programme (WP) in terms of employment outcomes and changes in health and well being for claimants who are struggling with their job search. The aims of this trial are to develop an understanding of what type of telephone based employment and well being intervention works in the UK labour market, impact of the intervention compared to Jobcentre Plus Business As Usual and produce a training manual. A Supplier boot camp will be held on Monday, 25.1.2016 in Birmingham. Please register interest for the event via DWP.BravoSolutions. We are looking to award between 1 and 3 contracts to begin in summer 2016, lasting up to 18 months from the date of commencement. The pilot will cover the following Work Services Directorate Jobcentre Districts; Mercia, Midland Shires and North and Mid Wales.
