Tender description

The Contractor shall deliver the Service in-line with the agreed key principles, e.g. provide a comprehensive range of child and parenting assessments and interventions designed to meet the needs of those children, young people and families in Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster who are referred to the Service. Assessments — The Service shall undertake multi-disciplinary assessments of the needs, risks, parenting capacity and potential for change in complex families in order to inform Care Proceedings and decisions by the Contracting Authorities and the family court on support and care arrangements for children and young people. Interventions: — The Service shall provide direct intervention and support for families in order to complement assessments, encourage engagement and develop skills with those referred to the service. Interventions will build solid foundations for further development in families where there is capacity for positive change. — Carry out assessments and interventions in a timely, well-managed and flexible manner, responsive to the individual needs of children, young people and families in the respective borough. — Ensure that all children, young people and their families are treated with respect and their individual needs acknowledged, etc. As specified and accepted by supplier in the published specification and the Contract Terms and Conditions.
