This contract is for the provision of estates cleaning and grounds maintenance services to Asra properties. In order to achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Asra have prepared a standard specification covering all service requirements that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Asra schemes included within this contract, across all geographic areas.
