Tender description

The GMC is currently reviewing it's data strategy. The updated strategy may include the procurement of co-location services for an initial 3-year period to support data centre resilience and business continuity for the GMC. At a high level, we would require a co-location centre to provide Tier 3+ Data Centre Services in an Energy efficient facility to host a number of racks for the GMC. If applicable, the GMC would seek proposals from companies who can supply the co-location services outlined above within the North of England. We currently anticipate that any Invitation to Tender (ITT) agreed will be published on 1.3.2016 with closing date of noon on 16.3.2016 although this date is subject to change.
