Tender description

Diesel fuel. Kerosene jet type fuels. The MoD has a requirement to purchase marine aviation fuel (F44 or JP-5), Lot 1 and marine diesel (F76), Lot 2, DDP to MoD controlled berths at the Senoko Oil Fuel Depot in Singapore. The current procurement strategy envisions the publication of a Contract Notice on 5.2.2016 followed by an industry day on-site in Singapore during week commencing 14.3.2016. It is planned that the deadline for PQQ submissions will be 2 weeks after the industry day. Suppliers will be limited to 2 representatives per company at the industry day due to venue limitations. Suppliers wishing to attend the Industry day should forward a response by Thursday, 4th February to the contact details provided on this notice. Failure to respond by this date will not preclude suppliers from attending the industry day. Suppliers must provide the following details: company name, single point of contact (email, telephone number and address) and a list of Industry Day attendees including full names, nationality and role within the company. Attendance at the industry day will be subject to base security restrictions and other requirements. On completion of the procurement process the Authority currently proposes to award 1 or 2 single supplier frameworks with a duration of 4 years. The predicted annual volume is estimated at 42 000 m3 per annum. The potential Suppliers must adhere to the Defence Standard 91-86 (latest issue) for F-44 or Military Specification MIL-DTL-5624 Latest Issue for JP-5. The MoD has a requirement to purchase marine diesel (F76) DDP to the Senoko Oil Fuel Depot in Singapore predicted annual volume is estimated at 150 000 m3 per annum. Potential suppliers must adhere to Defence Standard 91-4 (Latest Issue) F-76.
