Construction consultancy services. Construction project management services. Construction management services. Supervision of building work. Building-inspection services. Quantity surveying services. Health and safety consultancy services. Client Representatives have been appointed to undertake a range of duties representing CHIC and EEM's members in their relationship with Main (Managing) Contractors and other parties in the construction of new homes. Projects will involve a range of standard house types including homes, (flats, houses, bungalows etc.) for social / affordable rent, shared ownership, market rent, for outright sale, or a combination of these and other tenures and property types and ancillary buildings which may be retail, commercial, mixed use or specialist in type or nature. The scope of the service may also include the role and services of Principal Designer under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 in relation to individual projects and to act as the Client's CDM compliance advisor in relation to such projects under those Regulations.
