Tender description
A comprehensive advertising service is required to support the work of Visit Belfast and incorporate the new Belfast brand in all campaign communication. The service provider will be responsible as briefed by Visit Belfast for the planning, coordination, management, delivery and evaluation of strategic advertising campaigns for Belfast. Subject to availability of funding and any earlier termination of the contract in accordance with its terms, including without limitation due to performance of the successful provider, the contract will continue in force for 3 years. There is an option for extension for a further 2 periods of 1 year each, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority. The procurement documents are available via the web portal specified in Annex A.I.
