Project: Provision of Stair Lifts (Term Contract) Ref: 07-17-15-1-1088 Estimated value: £500,000 (Berneslai Homes) and £1,250,000 (Sheffield CC); Yorkshire Housing Foundation (tbc) Contract Start: Sept 2015 Contract Completion: Sept 2020 Description of Works: The Employer requires a SINGLE SUPPLIER/CONTRACTOR to provide a Total Contract Solution for the assessment of needs, survey, design, manufacture and installation of stair lifts to a variety of properties including all associated builders work requirements and other builders work works required together with maintenance and servicing and provision of a breakdown call out facility 24/7 for the equipment installed.
