Tender description

The Defence Forces (DF) will establish a framework for the supply of Ku Band Satellite bandwidth to support the existing and distinct operational requirements of the Irish Naval Service (INS) within its offshore area of interest. The DF require this Request for Tender (RFT) to provide a framework agreement for Ku satellite bandwidth and associated services for a contract period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further year to a maximum total of 4 years (3+1). The final year will only be extended with the agreement of the INS based on annual reviews throughout the initial 3 year contract period.
