Tender description

This tender relates to the Collection and Processing of Recyclable Material (Plastic Packaging, Glass Bottles & Aluminium Drink Cans) from Clare County Council's Waste Facilities (Civic Amenity Sites/Recycling Centres & Bring Banks). Any contract that may result from this public procurement competition will be issued for a term of 12 months (from November 2014 - November 2015). (“the Term”). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the term for a period of 12 months on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligation at law. It is emphasised that the continuation of the contract beyond the one year period will be contingent upon the successful delivery of the initial contract.Tenders must be received not later than 12 noon on 19th September 2014. Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this public procurement competition. This contract was awarded to Clean Ireland Recycling, Ballinagun, Cree, Kilrush, Co. Clare.
