Tender description

The Council wishes to enhance the emotional resilience of young people including raising their self esteem and confidence and therefore build aspirations. Mentoring continues to be a key part of the delivery of the Early Intervention Strategy but it also acknowledged that children who are receiving specialist services e.g. social care may benefit from mentoring. This service covers any child/ young person living in Hartlepool. This service is needs led for children aged 5- 19 although there may be requirements for the service provider to support young people up to the age of 25.
