Contract awarded to GM Innovations DCCoI is committed to providing a positive experience to all those who interact with us and is looking for a dynamic professional Registrar to analyse, interpret, review and advise on DCCoI’s existing client registration process. Key Deliverables: 1. To assess and revise the current DCCoI registration process 2. To develop and recommend clear delineation/categorisation among client groupings on the current DCCoI register for discussion and agreement with DCCoI. 3. To analyse and revise registration criteria to ensure clarity and transparency for assessing and approving client applications to the DCCoI register. 4. To ensure that the registration process enables DCCoI to gather relevant data on our client base and that there is a system to maintain all data collection as a basis for capturing high quality statistics and information. 5. To contribute to the development of best practice policies, procedures and guidelines in respect of the DCCoI client register. 6. To oversee and advise on service user and data confidentiality and to ensure compliance with a high standard of documentation, including service user files in accordance with local guidelines, data protection regulations and the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act. 7. To work closely with the Client Services Administrator, DCCoI departments and others as appropriate, to streamline the registration process and advise on a user-friendly online registration system and application form. 8. To propose a process/system on how to apply this process retrospectively to existing clients. Contract awarded to GM Innovations
