Tender description

'It is intended that this will include a range of Council buildings including 3 main town centre office buildings, public libraries, educational establishments, Youth and Community Centres, day centres, Social Services establishments, and car parks, currently across 42 sites. The buildings generally have a combination of areas that are open to the general public and areas which are accessible to staff only. These buildings will all be subject to various security arrangements. The requirement also involves cleaning at a number of remote sites involving vulnerable children or adults. Services shall include but shall not be limited to daily cleaning requirements together with a programme of periodic cleaning. The Contract will cover supply of cleaning materials but not consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels and hand soap.'
