Tender description

'The University wishes to appoint a Contractor or Contractors to supply an integrated system to allow visual identification, quantification and capture of single cells including tumour cells from complex samples. The system must have the ability to integrate multiple fluorescent signals, allow analysis of all cells introduced to the system and provide a permanent visual record of each identified cell. The system should also be sufficiently flexible to allow isolation of single cells and or pools of cells. Ideally should be a sealed system to avoid the possibility of external contamination.'
