Provision of Electronic Time and Attendance Clocking Terminals

***Please note that this RFT is for Clocking Terminals (Hardware) Only and does not include a requirement for the supply of Software*** The Authority intends to establish an agreement with one service provider for the provision of Electronic Travel and Attendance (T&A) Clocking Terminals that are compatible with current T&A software utilised by the Authority. This Request for Tender (RFT) issued by the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority invites suppliers who are able to supply a total quantity of seven (7) such terminals and all associated installation works into SFPA offices around the country. The Authority already has in use T&A software, details of which can be found in the requirements document for software compatibility in Appendix 1 (b). Tenderers are encouraged to closely read these requirements and ask any questions required using the eTenders Q&A facility in order to fully understand the software. This is a vital component of this tender requirement as in the tenderers Response to Tender, the Authority will require an attestation that the tenderers hardware (terminals) will be compatible with the T&A software currently in use. Details of the hardware requirements that would be compatible with the software are including in the requirements document for hardware in Appendix 1 (a) as the Authority understands it to be. However, tenderers are also reminded of their obligation to satisfy themselves of the accuracy of their Response to Tender as per RFT sections 1.3, 1.13 and 1.20 below. Tenderers are also requested to provide information on any warranty that may be available, and any information and/or costs in relation to a repair/replacement service. Any such service should be enshrined in a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and example of which should be drafted by the tenderers and included in the Response to Tender.
