Tender description

The study will report its findings and make recommendations to the Arts Council concerning: A. Key needs and issues in respect of audience development in Ireland B. Review of Arts Audiences as the current model of addressing such needs and issues C. Potential new models (based on maintaining / adapting / replacing the current model) of actions and services to address such needs and issues D. Organisational arrangements (internal and/or external to the Arts Council) required to realise such actions and services in a sustainable manner and the assumptions underpinning analysis and recommendations in this regard E. Resource implications (financial and other) of (a) securing and sustaining the existing model or of (b) any new arrangements and actions proposed to support audience development and the assumptions underpinning analysis and recommendations in respect of resources F. Options for securing the learning and developments achieved to date by Arts Audiences
