Provision of IT Support and Maintenance for Diverse Campus Services Ltd., at the Waterford Insitute of Technology. Contract Award: OneCard Total Solutions Ltd.

Tender description

WIT Diverse Campus Services Ltd is currently seeking to select a company to provide IT support and maintenance for their IT hardware and Infrastructure as per the requirements set out in the tender document. A single supplier is required to partner with Diverse Campus Services Ltd for these services and the possible introduction of new services such as inter alia Wi-Fi to student accommodation or other technologies in the future. Diverse Campus Services Ltd have implemented numerous software applications on a number of Servers in WIT over the past 10 years. These servers allow for the operation of key systems and applications for Diverse Campus Services Ltd and WIT. One of our key IT systems is the WITCard system; this is the official identification card for students and staff at WIT. The WITCard is multifunctional in that it is used for numerous services on campus e.g. Library, identification, vending, access control, point of sale, printing and photocopying and much more. Other key services required include; the accounting system – SAGE; facilities management systems – Fusion, TCAS; Print manager. Diverse Campus Services Ltd are essentially maintaining core services to the WIT community. Contract Award: OneCard Total Solutions Ltd.
