Request For Quotation (By Invitation Only) Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young Peoples Workforce (England), & Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, Children’s and Young People’s Services (England). The project is a combined services provision between The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster City Council (The Authority). The Authority invites quotations from registered and experienced Diploma training providers to submit quotation for the delivery of the Level 3 Diploma - for the Children’s and Young Peoples Workforce (England), & Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, Children’s and Young People’s Services (England). The available budget for this project is £74,000 for a period of 2 years (with a contract start date of February 2015 until January 2017 and a potential 1 year extension for delegates who were unable to complete in the first 2 years period). To ensure that The Authority engages providers who can successfully offer staff an opportunity to complete the level 3 & level 5 diploma at a high standard with quality assurances, and achieve best value for money, bidders are required to indicate the following in their quotation; • Bidders are required to indicate in their quotation a breakdown of how many delegates at each level (Level 3 & 5) they would work with over year 1 and year 2 of this project. • The Authority recognise that some providers may have access to Government funding that could give added value to this project, as such, bidders are required to express how they would utilise any extra resources at their disposal to add extra value to the required service in their quotation. • All quotations must include recommendations on how bidders would best guarantee quality of delivery (All quotations must be accompanied by at least 2 referees and their details).
