Tender description
The LMS is an online application accessible with internet access. The current provider of the LMS for Leicestershire County Council is Learning Pool, the Council originally had an e-learning platform but it was decided to upgrade to a comprehensive LMS that included online management, bookings and learning opportunities. This was done by competitive tender. A two-year contract was awarded in 2015 and included a possible 24 month (2X 12 months) extension which has been utilised.
