THIS CONTRACT WAS AWARDED TO O'BRIEN BUILDERS ( Acute Mental Health Ward ) and L&M KEATING ( Endoscopy Unit ) The project included:- The refurbishment and extension of the former laundry building to provide an endoscopy facility accommodating two procedure rooms, 11 recovery bays, staff accommodation and all associated support rooms.- A new single storey and refurbishment project to the acute mental health wards located in the main ward block on the ground floor on the south side of the hospital- All support services.- Alterations and connections to the existing building and services.- Site-works and landscaping- Site services and new access roadway.
