Tender description

Cricket Green School is a special school for children with additional complex and varied needs. The school has expanded in recent years to 199 places, mainly through taking on adjacent buildings. This project is to further expand the school from 199 places to 266 places, and rationalise the wider site. An options appraisal will initially be required. The London Borough of Merton (LBM) is therefore seeking to appoint lead design consultants with their associated sub-consultants, including quantity surveying and CDM-C through a mini-competition from the Richmond, Sutton and Merton Construction Professional Services framework Keywords: Special school
