Tender description
Construction of single storey extension and associated internal alterations to Bitterne Park Primary and Infant School at Manor Farm Road, Southampton, SO18 1NX. Southampton City Council invites applications from suitably experienced contractors who wish to tender for this requirement: The project is for an infill extension between the Junior School and Infant School buildings of Bitterne Park Primary School with associated internal alternation and decoration to the existing where required. The works are to provide a link between the two school buildings with improved circulation space connecting the two. External works to include drainage connections/relocations, hard landscaping and providing ramp access. A minimum of four and maximum of six tenderers will be invited to tender for the works.
