Tender description

To manage the UK branch of the European Early Warning System for the identification of, and intelligence gathering on, New Psychoactive Substances (NPS) which underpins the EU legislative response to this issue. The contract holders maintain regular contact with forensic services, police, clinicians and academics in order to to synthesize and share intelligence from the UK with Europe and to similarly share information from Europe with the UK network. The contract holders also represent the UK at annual European meetings.
