1 improve timeliness of antenatal screening focussing on those areas with persistent low performance in KPI ST2: pregnant women offered screening by 10 weeks, 0 days of pregnancy and in communities that are most at risk of sickle cell; 2 achieve completeness of coverage or decline in older babies (movers in) in communities that are most at risk of sickle cell; 3 achieve completeness in outcome data or decline and ensure all parents have made active and informed choices regarding the haemoglobinopathy database; 4 articulate pathways for known carrier couples to access prenatal diagnosis (PND) plus resources/activities to inform the public.
