Tender description

LCC is inviting suitably experienced Service Providers to tender for the opportunity for their Homes to be included on the Flexible Agreement for the Supply of Children and Young People Agency Residential Placements, primarily across the 12 Districts of Lancashire (Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale, Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Preston, Chorley, West Lancashire, South Ribble, Lancaster, Fylde and Wyre). For the purposes of this Flexible Agreement LCC will accept Children's Residential Homes located within a 20 mile radius of the LCC boundary (as the crow flies). Service Providers offering Children's Homes with Education (as registered by the DfE) are also invited to tender for the opportunity to be included on the Flexible Agreement. These Homes will be ranked on a separate tiered list. List of Residential Children's Homes not offering education (as registered by the DfE). The list will be established and operated by LCC on the basis of four 'Tiers' (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4). Successful Service Providers Homes will be allocated to one of the four Tiers using the criteria set out within the Procurement Documents.
