The London Borough of Sutton is looking to appoint a suitable supplier or consortium of suppliers to undertake a series of interventions and design improvements to enhance the northern area of Sutton High Street. We wish to invite interested parties to attend a market consultation event to discuss the opportunity further with the project team in advance of tender publication. A draft Specification of Requirements and Additional Project Information for Tenders is attached which will provide interested parties with further information on the project. Following a recent tender, we have listened to market feedback and have amended the scope of the project and adjusted the available budget accordingly. The Authority is open to consortium and bids and would like this event to also be a networking opportunity for interested parties.
