Tender description

The scope of the project was to procure a Portable Laser Scanning/Measurement Arm for the University. The Laser Arm was to have both touch trigger probing and laser scanning capabilities for use in its workshop in the Telford Innovation Campus. The Arm will be used to support consultancy, research/development work and teaching of undergraduate and post graduate students. This is a one off Procurement exercise for the University although there will be a two year warranty, service and maintenance commitment by the Contractor following delivery of the arm. The Procurement exercise was done via a Request for Formal Quotation.
