1.1 The London Borough of Hillingdon (the Council) would like to invite quotations for consultancy services in relation to the assessment and refurbishment of the Hayes Civic Centre Car Park and associated property, to include: • the structural assessment of the building and car park • the assessment of water ingress • proposals to design a security fence around the 2 sides of the building fronting roadways • proposals to incorporate security lighting to the car park area • proposal to install cctv to the car park area • the preparation of a summary report recommending courses of action • the creation of an associated tender document so as to facilitate the appointment of a contractor appointment, including tender assessments and reports • the provision of Employers Agent services related to the appointment of contractor (if appointed The full details are available on www.capitalesourcing.com and note LBH-0653 and the deadline is 18th January 2015 at 12:00 noon
