Tender description
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for the Flourishing Minds Programme (Programme). The Programme?s triple aims seek to promote positive mental wellbeing, increase mental health literacy and reduce stigma related to mental illness amongst 3 target groups who will be known as ?the participants?. The contract for this Programme will be divided into 3 lots (target groups): ? Lot 1: Young 16-24years a) not in education, employment, or training b) those in supported accommodation ? Lot 2: Male offenders ? Lot 3: Somali women
