Bolton at Home are seeking to appoint an occupational health (OH) services provider who will be required to provide a full occupational health service to the range of Bolton at Home employees The Occupational Health Provider will be required to provide advice to managers and employees about the occupational impacts of health related issues, both individually and organisationally. They will also be expected to be compliant with the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations and industry standards. Bolton at Home currently employs approximately 1000 employees across a range of disciplines including office based workers, trade operatives (plumbers, joiners, electricians, labourers), shift workers including some 24 hour services and night workers.
