The Electoral Commission would like to procure a contact centre provider to •provide a monitoring service of UK broadcast, print and online media from 1 March 2016. The Electoral Commission requires a media monitoring service that provides its staff with reliable, accurate and timely intelligence of news, media debate and opinion about the Commission and the issues on which we work. •Reliable – we depend on the monitoring service to identify and supply all relevant UK media coverage, including broadcast coverage. We do not have the staff resource to provide, or supplement, this internally. •Timely – in the fast-moving media environment, it is vital that the Commission receives coverage in time for us to consider what action or response may be needed.
