The scope of this contract is to provide Property Valuations & Drawing up Deeds for RTB Properties & Structural Surveys on Flats & Maisonettes for Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) and LMH groups LMH are looking to appoint suppliers over 3 lots (one supplier per lot) who will work with them to deliver a highly customer focused, effective and efficient service whilst maximising the potential for knowledge, efficiencies and specialised advice. LMH will require a variety of Services. LMH are seeking a suitable Supplier(s) to: provide excellent documentation and services at the first point of contact provide a seamless service, maintaining the highest standard of professional integrity, reliability, accuracy and value for money.
