HR Consultancy Services - Review of DC Pension Scheme

Green Investment Bank (GIB) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to assist with a review of our existing Pension Scheme. GIB expects to continue to offer a Direct Contribution scheme to all employees, but would like to consider an additional ‘wrapper’ offer for higher earners who will be unable to benefit from the salary sacrifice pension process currently in place. The scheme should continue to be durable, fair and deliver good outcomes for members, with low fees. The proposal should include the advice and management services necessary to undertake the possible transfer of and the Pension Plan’s ongoing delivery.
