2 day full course and a 1 day refresher course for senior staff in charge of HMCTS premises across all geographical regions. The course cover: - Responsibilities, accountabilities and liabilities within the HMCTS safety management process. - The function and practicalities of HMCTS safety risk management systems - How HMCTS safety systems link with operational/service or business risk management systems - Modern legal requirements and responsibilities for safety risk management -How to quality assure HMCTS risk assessments and risk control proposals - How to plan more effectively, and to develop robust safety management systems and to avoid some of the pitfalls of poor safety management - The need for continual improvement and methods for periodic reporting monitoring of safety performance
