Framework for the provision of Workshop Trainers

First Ascent Consultancy Ltd (FACL) invites Tenders for the provision of Trainers to become part of our Trainer Framework in accordance with this Invitation to Tender (ITT). This ITT does not guarantee any work; it is for the opportunity to be added to our Framework of Trainers in order to be considered for the allocation of work arising from the Velocity Workshop Programme, which FACL is providing to the South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership (SEMLEP). Tender Timetable and Contract Period The following timetable applies to this tender process: • Issue Tender Document 22nd December 2015 • Tenderer’s Clarification Questions (if any) to be received by 2nd January 2016 • Response to Clarifications Questions by 8th January 2016 • Tender submissions by 15th January 2016 • Tender evaluation 16th – 19th January 2016 • Presentations (if required) w/c 25th January 2016 • Notification of appointments to Framework by 1st February 2016 • 10 working day standstill period ends 12th February 2016 • Contract commencement date – 13th February 2016 • Delivery of training likely to start April 2016. FACL reserves the right to alter the above timetable and Tenderers will be notified if alterations are made. Tenderers should note that we may ask tenderers to deliver a presentation as part of the evaluation process. The Framework will run for a period of 3 Years with an option for FACL to offer an extension for a further 12 months. Commencement of the Framework shall be from 13th February 2016 until the 12th February 2019 (the ‘Term’).
