Tender description

This project entails the upgrade of the fire alarm system installed within an existing, fully operational set of four buildings, with an approximate overall gross internal floor areas of 15,801m2. The works forming the scope of this project comprise:- - New fire alarm panels. - New / Modified / Supplemented fire alarm wiring. - New containment. - Additional visual alarm devices. - Additional automatic detection coverage. - Additional sounder / voice alarm coverage. - Retention of some equipment requiring modification to become compliant. - New fire alarm network cabling. - All associated builders work.
