Tender description

WYCA is seeking an experienced consultant to assist in procuring a base mapping layer. This piece of work has been split into three distinct tasks. • Task 1, the consultant to provide a short mapping report providing an overview of other Transport Authorities who have created their own base mapping layer for displaying customer information. This report should also highlight the latest changes in mapping technologies not outlined in the previous two reports WYCA has had commissioned. • Task 2, the consultant to write a Business and Functional Requirement Specification documents for a base mapping layer for WYCA. • Task 3, the consultant to write a base mapping layer tender specification in order to go out to market and evaluate the varying options by spring 2016
