Tender description
Warwick District Council is seeking assistance from a suitably qualified individual or company to manage the delivery of a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Parks for People restoration project for the Pump Room Gardens, Leamington Spa. It is envisaged that the Project Manager Role will be expected to a working timeframe of minimum 134 days throughout the delivery of the contract. Warwick District Council and the Friends of the Pump Room Gardens have submitted a second round application to HLF and this has been awarded on 17/12/2015. The total value of the project is £1,455,146 for both the physical enhancements to the site and the education, community engagement programmes and long term maintenance. The recruitment of the Project Manager will be undertaken by Warwick District Council on behalf of the Project Steering Group. This project brief is being advertised in accordance with Warwick District Council and HLF requirements. Potential candidates are asked to complete this tender and return it via the e-portal www.csw-jets.co.uk . Tenders will be evaluated against the published criteria in the Invitation to tender and the Council will award the tender based on a method of Most economic advantageous tender (MEAT) which is based scored on Price/Quality ratios as advertised in the brief. Candidates who are selected to the interview stage which is the final part of the assessment will be interviewed by members of the Project Steering Group. The interview will consist of a short presentation by the interviewee with structured questions then posed by the interview panel.
