Supply, Delivery and Operation of an Attraction on Paignton Green

Tender description

The Authority is seeking an experienced Operator to supply, install and operate a single moveable Attraction on Paignton Central Green from Easter 2016, with the following aims: a) To enhance the visitor experience in Paignton; b) To provide a sustainable value for money Attraction; c) To enhance longstanding events that the Authority and voluntary organisations have traditionally operated on Paignton Green; and d) To preserve the condition of the Green and reduce the Authority?s reinstatement costs by being able and willing to move the Attraction on a daily or weekly basis, as required by the Authority, to different sites on Paignton Green.
