Tender description
Construction of a four classroom stand-alone block; mechanical and electrical upgrade works to existing school building; construction of disabled bathroom to existing school building; removal of existing play areas to accommodate new construction. External Works include site preparation including diversion of existing site services, construction of new paved areas, construction of new foul water treatment system, relocation of gas services and compound; site services and associated landscaping. The existing Foul Water Disposal System is to be mainatined during the course of the works. The Gross Internal Floor Area of the new classroom building is 247m2.
