This contract is presented in 3 lots. Lot 1 - The Provision of an Out of Hours Call Handling Service for 3 District Councils. Lot 2 - The Provision of a Lone Worker Monitoring System for Oxford City Council (Please refer to the tender documentation as this may not be awarded) Lot 3 - The Provision of an Out of Hours Repairs and Anti-social Behaviour Call Handling Service for Cheltenham Borough Homes. Oxford City Council is leading on the procurement but would ideally like to appoint a single supplier accross all lots, however there is provision for suppliers to apply for 1 or more lots and Cheltenham Borough Homes reserve the right to award to a seperate supplier.
