Tender description

The EBA is seeking to establish a contract with a service provider in the area of English language editing and proofreading in order to improve the quality, linguistic style, accuracy and clarity of EBA publications and material. The work would consist of editing and proofreading EBA outputs and communication products in print so that finalised texts communicate core messages as effectively as possible. The work would also consist of editing and proofreading EBA outputs and communication products for Web content. The estimated volume of work is in the order of between 2 500 and 3 500 standard pages (assuming 1 page = 500 words) per year. Tenderers should be aware that the information on volume is indicative and shall not be binding on the EBA. The sum of the amounts of the order forms issued may not reach the aforementioned estimated volume. The EBA will be contractually bound only by the amounts entered in the signed order forms. The total value of the framework contract will depend on the orders the EBA may place.
